​​Welcome to the Owner's Website for International Studio Apartments. It is the sincere desire of the current Board of Directors to establish a firm commitment to accountability and transparency with all unit owners. This website is part of that vision. 

We want this site to be a place where owners can gain access to information that will be as relevant and timely as possible. We hope to facilitate unity and healthy communication between all members. We encourage all owners to be friendly and neighborly, as this attitude is what will make International Studio Apartments stand out as a true gem on Ocean Blvd. 

We will be adding a suggestions page in the future where owners can express creative ideas for the whole betterment of the association. 

We welcome all comments and encouragement along the way. We hope that you like the changes, so far.
